What We Feature

  • Sunday School: Superheroes of the Bible are here! Join us each Sunday, during the worship service - beginning September 18 - for a fun bible lesson about the many heroes of the bible. Children of all ages are welcome and there is a nursery attached to the Sunday school classroom for the little ones who need a break. Kids are always welcome at Melrose and have a special time in the service just for them. We believe in having the children participate in many parts of church life and worship, so we try to have the children present when communion, baptisms and other important events take place.
  • We offer a warm and safe atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

Good News and Music Club (Thursday Evening Fun)....

Join us from 6pm-7pm for some free time in our gym followed by music with our Music Director, Alex Cann. Children in Grade 1 and above are welcome, as are those who are younger, when accompanied by a parent. This event will be held every Thursday from September 15, 2016 to May 18, 2017.

Hero Central Day Camp is coming, from August 7 to 11!

In the fall the following programming will be available for children, youth and families at Melrose:

TGIF: Thank God it's Friday! The last Friday of each month from September to June from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., please join us for a fun event for all ages. Occasionally events are off-site or on a different Friday - check the church calendar for more info. Sample events include visiting the Ancaster Fall Fair, a fun Halloween party and decorating our giant Christmas tree. Usually the evening begins with a potluck supper and is followed by fun conversation and games.
